Modern is a neoclassical room with a private bathroom meant for single or double/twin occupancy. Unlike Comforts, Modern rooms are the location on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel and feature sophisticated design in milky graphite colors with pistachio accents. The area of ​​the rooms of this category is the same as that of the Comforts - about 17 sq.m. There are two separate beds (90*200) which can be moved together upon request to form 1 king-size bed (180*200). The rooms of this category are equipped with interactive TV Smotreshka. Other amenities include an iron and ironing board in the room, not on request.

VIEW:  Windows overlook Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street or St. Peter's Lutheran Church.

BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are equipped with showers. There are no Modern rooms with a bath.

DESIGN: The décor of the Modern rooms is accomplished in neoclassical cream and gray tones. Moderns are of the same size as Comforts, but the light colors in which the decor is made visually expand the space of the room. One or two large windows with wide window sills, crystal pendants for chandeliers and bedside lamps, mirror columns and glass decor elements fill the room with light, making it even more airy. Carpeting with an ornate graphite pattern, accents in the form of bright panels on the walls and decorative pistachio pillows in combination with ivory curtains make the design composition complete and harmonious. Elegant sconces and impressive chandeliers with crystal elements give the room an extra touch of elegance. In some rooms, the bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a wall with a glass insert. The rooms may be similar to each other in style, but no one is the same in decor.  

CHILDREN POLICY: The area of ​​this room category is sufficient for a family with a small child. According to the hotel policy, children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the room with their parents, or, upon request, a baby cot can be placed in Modern. If the child is between 3 and 7 years old, this room can also be considered for booking, but the child will be accommodated free of charge in existing bedding with parents, as an extra bed cannot be added to this room.
