The common hall for 3 apartments is accomplished in beige colors and adorned with paintings. The entrance doors to each apartment are hand-decorated.

CHILDREN POLICY: The area of ​​the Apartment is sufficient for a family with children. According to the hotel policy, children under 3 years old stay free of charge in existing beds with their parents or a baby cot can be placed in the Apartment upon request. When accommodated with older children, please note that the maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people, an extra bed (cot) cannot be installed in the apartment and guests need to stay only on existing beds. Thus, if the child is between 3 and 7 years, the Apartment can also be considered for booking, but on the condition that the child will be accommodated free of charge in existing beds with parents, or he/she will be considered as an adult and will sleep on the sofa. Children over 8 years old are considered as adults.
